Operations Business Partner

An entrepreneurial business owner is looking for an Operations Business Partner to work closely with him within his property development business - your exact responsibilities will be tailored around the skills and expertise that you bring to the role.
This permanent role will be based at their Alderley Edge offices with some local travel and occasional home working.
This role is a vital one for the growth of the businesses and will require somebody who has held a similar role in a fast paced and varied environment.
To succeed in this role it's 100% essential that you have a strong background within the construction industry - please note that without this your application cannot be considered.
In addition, you'll bring flexibility along with commercial and business acumen that will help you identify opportunities for business growth and efficiency.
Other skills you'll ideally have include budget management, data analysis, project management and the confidence to push back on senior employees.
