Job summary: The Operation Assistant role provides support for the smooth running of the day-to-day business as usual across our London premises.
This role ensures our excellent standards of customer service are maintained and a positive experience is provided to all in the centre.
Duties and responsibilities to include: • Reception work – professionally greeting students and visitors, maintaining an accurate visitor log • Handling enquiries from customers via telephone and email, providing appropriate advice and guidance in a professional manner • Processing bookings • Manage a range of on-site tasks to help our busy workspace run smoothly • Maintaining the breakout areas & general office spaces – e.g.
topping up of coffee machines, wiping down surfaces as needed, topping up sanitary products etc.
• Light manual handling of materials and rearranging classrooms when required • Supporting additional work as reasonably required by management from time to time.  This list is not exhaustive.
Requirements Essential: • Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills • Confident and professional in dealing with customers • Strong organisational and time management skills • Positive and solution focused attitude to work • A team player with the ability to take direction, learn new skills and apply them with confidence.
• Computer literate.
  Desirable: · Experience of apprenticeship standards and programmes.
· Experience of the accountancy and finance sector.

All successful candidates will need to complete a DBS check, with some roles requiring an Enhanced check.
