Operations Analyst - Private Credit Boutique - 55-75K Base Bonus

A multi-billion dollar AUM private credit boutique are looking to make a newly created operations / middle office hire.

The firm recently hired a new HOO - this is his first +1 hire, running a a broad line operations / middle office remit.
The role will sit with the investment team (including the CIO).
Daily BAU core responsibilities are focused on portfolio monitoring, performing analysis on underlying funds / modelling, liquidity and cash flow forecasting, P&L reporting etc.
Alongside BAU responsibilities, the hire will play a role assisting the HOO on making the operations function more scalable / automated.

The ideal hire will have 2-5yrs buy-side operations / middle office experience, at either a private markets firm or a hedge fund.
Candidates should have a bias towards credit - any real estate experience is beneficial.

The role can pay up to a £75k base salary and a large bonus % component for a strong performer.
Employees can WFH one day each week.
