Operations Analyst Location – Notting Hill (4 days per week in office) Salary - £35 to 40k Job Summary: The role focuses on developing and managing the company's Data & Systems strategy to support growth.
You'll be part of an innovative drinks business who has been recognized as one of the fastest-growing companies in the UK.
Responsibilities include data collection and analysis, trend identification, and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee digital stock management and master data.
Lead operational transformation projects to improve data accuracy and efficiency, including enhancements to the S&OP process; waste reduction initiatives; and automation of business reporting.
Manage global EDI systems, assessing future needs and overseeing implementation.
Develop and maintain performance metrics and dashboards to track KPIs for the operations team and the broader business.
Drive cultural change within the organization to foster a data-centric mindset.
Requirements: Over 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a larger FMCG business.
Thrive in small company environments, demonstrating hands-on flexibility and the ability to work independently.
Strong analytical skills and a proficiency in Excel and data manipulation, with experience in PowerBI being a plus.
