As a Customer Operations Assistant based in Greenwich ( SE28 8BF )you will be responsible for: Interacting with multiple customers on a daily basisCarrying out general warehouse tasks, including booking in stock, putting stock away into designated locations and maintaining high standards within the warehousePicking and packing customer ordersAssisting customers at the trade counter as needed, providing prompt and efficient service while building strong relationshipsSupporting with relief delivery driving when required driving a a vehicle to complete deliveries across the local area when required.This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm.And here's what we'd like you to have as a Customer Operations Assistant: Ideally, previous experience working in a warehouse environment, serving customers.Willingness to learn and complete required training.
