Your Role We are looking for an Onboarding and Support Admin Assistant to join our Marketplace team and help us expand our clientele.
You will be joining a growing Community Onboarding and Support function which will focus on growing and scaling our Partner portfolio across all categories.
The team's mission is to make Brand Partners successful on Debenhams and for us to be the Brand Partner of choice.

What you will be doing Work with the Onboarding and Support Manager, Business Development team and Account Management team to support Partners on the Debenhams Marketplace Community.
Assist with the onboarding of new Partners on the Mirakl platform using various system integration routes, providing a seamless experience, followed by post-integration care to ensure all operational aspects are running smoothly.
Reviewing and processing high volumes of product information loaded by Marketplace Sellers Provide existing Partners with support on catalogue and technical problems, optimising Partner catalogue information, and ensuring these conform to Debenhams guidelines.
Responsible for ensuring standards are met for product imagery and copy including spelling, grammar and required formatting Proactively work with Sellers to highlight issues and bring them up to standard Supporting numerous Sellers with product loading queries Working with multiple systems to ensure product data transfer is smooth and be able to identify issues What you can bring Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment and passion for delivering great customer experience.
You will be an analytical problem solver, organised and process driven individual with a passion for operational excellence.
Good communication skills, numeracy and literacy are essential Attention to detail is key and is of the utmost importance when accepting product for the website Excellent command over MS Office suite in particular to Microsoft Excel Team player, able to work with multiple business functions to achieve objectives.
