On Site Service Operative

An exciting opportunity has arisen within Lindström UK We are looking to recruit 3 On-Site Service Operatives; these are Customer site-based roles.
We have a full-time role in the area of Sheffield, a part time role in Teesside and a part time role in Liverpool The purpose of the role is to enhance the service provided by Lindström to its customers, taking on an active role in the service delivery.
Your key responsibilities in this role will be an on-site service to customers, enhancing and adding value, working with the Laundry Operation and Delivery Services, liaising with the Customer, and Customer Services, for the provision of service, problem solving and continuous improvement.
Loading clean garments in the correct lockers whilst also bagging up the soiled garments ready for collection.
Monitoring garment levels, Answering day to day enquiries Administration and liaising with the OSS Coordinator, Account Manager and Customer Services.
Dealing with any customer staff queries or issues There may be a requirement to travel between local customer sites.

Who are we looking for?
The right candidate will reliable, punctual and self – motivated, Be polite and well organised with the ability to use own initiative Have a good level of spoken and written English and have a Full UK/EU driving licence The ability to establish trust with customers, to recognise the customer requirements before the customer does.
The candidate must also have Microsoft skills to work with data and can handle customer complaints turning them into successful business opportunities.
Which requires resilience, determination to give the best service and excellent communication skills to work with all personality types.
