Job summary Working as part of the wider office team, the individual will be responsible for supporting the office team in day to day tasks, along with providing administration duties to elements of the People and Compliance team and our Ambulance Operations Team.

Main duties of the job Work as part of the ECS Head Office team supporting general day to day tasks.
Teams you can expect yourself to be working alongside, are the People and Compliance team, assisting with HR, Recruitment and Compliance administration as well day to day administration for the Make Ready Team, maintaining audits and pulling data for corresponding teams.Your line manager will be the Executive Assurance Manager.

Job description Job responsibilities Work as part of the ECS administration team supporting: HR, Recruitment and Compliance administration Coordinate interviews Join the interview panel Update HR Systems with changes Work on keeping compliance to a high standard Data inputting and record keeping Take initial ambulance and event enquiries Assist the make ready team with any administrative duties Coordinate with external agencies to schedule both regular and ad-hoc vehicle servicing and maintenance.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance across all systems, including auditing for specific information required by other teams.
