Role – Office Supervisor / Administrator Southern Water Framework Location – Brighton Purpose of the Role: Within the Environment Business Division (Water and Waste Water Non-Infrastructure Engineering and Construction), an opportunity has arisen for an Office Supervisor/Administrator based in the Southern Water Framework. You will be located in the Falmer office close to Brighton where the role would require at least 3 days a week in the office. We are looking for candidates who are experienced admin professionals that want to be part of a growing team and making a difference.
Key Responsibilities: The ability to work with staff at varying levels, providing support, staff development, and mentoring of more junior staff. The ability to interact in a professional manner with senior representatives of our clients. To ensure compliance with all company systems including safety, environmental, and quality systems. To assist the Management team with reporting and producing documentation and presentations. Complete contract documentation with the help of the project team, ensuring formatting of forms and that documents are filled on the system in the correct place. Take an active role in the team and office events, including charity events, supplier events, social events, and client events. Attend internal and external review and progress meetings to assist in taking minutes and action logs as required. Work with the customer experience team to collect client information that can be used to improve how we operate. Experience and Qualifications: Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft packages, Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Strong team player but also able to work as an individual. Ability to prioritise a varied workload and demonstrate good time management to comply with deadlines. Able to work in a busy environment under pressure. Excellent communication skills (email/phone/face to face). Possess a "can do" attitude and provide support to other members of the team as required.
