You are an effective communicator who is open to learning and has a passion for solving problems.A key part of this role requires you to build long standing relationships with influential stakeholders both internally and externally, as well as clients' PA's.You will be reporting directly to the Executive Assistant to the Co-CEOs and the CFO.Key behavioursWe are looking for someone who: Demonstrates exceptional organisational skills and can think on their feetBuilds trust with people quicklyShows drive, commitment and enthusiasm during times of pressureValues different perspectives and works collaboratively to find the best solutionsSteps up to help others but can equally be comfortable to challenge when necessaryDemonstrates effective time management The RoleOffice administration responsibilities include: Liaising with the security team on operational matters relating to the buildingBeing responsible for ordering and maintaining office supplies & IT Equipment, for example ordering business cards, managing electrical testing and liaising with the building's cleaning companyLiaising with the company's IT provider to address and troubleshoot potential IT issuesPA responsibilities include:Global diary managementWorking with third party travel consultants to arrange both international and national travel for Managing Directors and Partners as requiredSubmitting expenses for Managing Directors and Partners as requiredOperational responsibilities include:Supporting with internal meetings and external eventsProviding ad-hoc assistance with the recruitment schedulingOnboarding new joinersSupporting with compliance trainingActing as the company's First Aider and Fire Marshal (training will be provided)Assisting the CFO with any UK/US office ad-hoc requests Interested?
