Our client, a leading NFP Advisory firm, is looking to hire an experienced Office Manager / Team Assistant to join their small but mighty team.Role: Office Manager / Team AssistantWhere: City of LondonWhen: Monday – Friday / Permanent, full-time position / 3 days in office Salary: £45,000 per annum The role:As our Office Manager / Team Assistant you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and seamless running of our office and small team.Duties include, but are not limited to:Support the founder with diary management, meeting organisation, travel research and bookingsAdministrative support for the wider team when necessaryMeeting and greeting guests and gate keeping/answering callsOrder office supplies as and when necessaryPlan and execute company events (typically 2/3 events per year)Prepare reports and presentations to the highest standardConduct regular email updates to our founders and partnersAssist with project coordination and follow up on tasks and deadlinesHelp update the website with relevant content and informationSupport the recruitment of new hires and assist with onboardingBe the first point of contact for all suppliers and contractorsImplement and maintain procedures/office systems as needed What's needed:Proven experience as an Office Manager / Team AssistantExperience in a smaller organisation is desiredExperience within the NFP space is desiredConfident in creating strong foundations and implementing new systemsProficient in all Microsoft PackagesBe a true team player who is happy to get stuck in when neededExcellent communication – verbal and writtenTiger is B Corp Certified.
