Our client, a fast-growing international fintech company are looking for a proactive and highly organised Office Manager to join the team (3-4 days in office).
This newly created role key role will ensure the smooth running of the office, creating a positive and productive work environment.
Your role will oversee office management, HR administration and also encompass light PA support for the CEO and CFO.Excellent opportunity for someone who is bright, engaging and enthusiastic; keen to put mould the role and make it their own!Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring the office runs smoothlyProvide PA support including diary management and meeting coordinationOversee HR administration, including employee records, onboarding/offboarding, and supporting internal HR processes (HR software used – BambooHR)Assist with organising travel arrangements, team events and social activitiesManage relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
What we are looking for:Ideally 2 years office coordination / admin experienceStrong attention to detail and a conscientious approachAbility to take ownership and execute tasks efficientlyExcellent organisational and communication skillsA team player who is comfortable in a fast-paced, growing business


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
