We are looking to recruit a confident and experienced manager with great customer service skills to join our team as our Branch Co-ordinator .
This role can either be based in our Dundee, Peterhead, Moray or Aberdeen hub or as part of our hybrid working model.The RoleBecoming part of our Branch Management team, you will support our branches in the North as a central point of contact coordinating all branch administration and activity within our hubs while ensuring that support and advice is always there for all colleagues.This is a pivotal role where you will be responsible for managing our Dundee and the North budgets as allocated by the Branch Leaders and the Admin Lead.
You will manage our Branch Administrators with their responsibilities and support them in their continued development.
Working closely with the Admin Lead, you will be involved in reviewing and developing administration procedures including archiving, quality checklist and minute taking.
There will be regular travel across our branches in the North whilst working closely with out Branch Coordinator in the South.
