The project We' re a global fashion company looking for a Front Desk Recepcionist to manage the reception desk and support People Services team in our Offices in London.
What will the role entail?
Answer phone calls and emails, and direct them to the correct department/staff person.
Greet visitors and set up facilities / meeting rooms.
Order supplies for the offices and support administrative tasks like filing and delivering/accepting post.
Support and coordinate with internal departments to ensure the smooth functioning of office operations.
Assist in the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
Requirements : Experience working in a similar position, preferably as a receptionist / admin support.
Fluent level of English.
Intermediate level of Excel.
Customer Service skills.
Team player with a flexible and positive attitude.
Excellent time management and prioritization skills.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
