A leading corporate banking and capital markets organisation is seeking an Office Administrator Intern to join their team in London.
Main Purpose of the Role: To provide CL Management Office and associated administrative tasks to the IBSol London Apps cell.
Key Activities and Competencies: To support the IBSol London cell with CMO tasks on a daily basis.
To support the IBSol London cell with general administrative tasks on a daily basis.
To maintain Delivery Organisation related documentation materials as required throughout the lifecycle of each epic.
Learn and maintain department application access control duties (ComDIA, ComGuard, ComSI etc.)
Assist with the creation and ongoing maintenance of the epic runbooks.
Assist with the management and co-ordination of tasks within epic runbooks.
To assist the business experts with User Acceptance Testing preparation and co-ordination.
To assist with the compilation and submission of monthly epic reporting requirements.
To assist with the compilation and submission of internal audit requests.
To assist with the compilation and submission of ICS Control CDG requests.
To assist with the maintenance of Test Management and Software Engineering Delivery guides.
To assist with co-ordination of activities as defined by head office CMO.
A-App exception review and escalation to cell.
BoS exception review and escalation to cell.
Data-Consistency-Report (DaCoRe) exception review and escalation to cell.
P-drive documentation maintenance.
Start: ASAP Duration: 12 months Key Requirements: Degree in: Economics, Finance or Business Management.
Graduated in the last 24 months or working towards graduation.
Expected to or have achieved a minimum 2.1 UK bachelors degree (or equivalent).
Minimum 120 UCAS points (or equivalent).
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially excel and word).
Some business knowledge or previous internships within Financial Services but not essential.
Team player.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Fluent English.
Preferred: German speaking/knowledge Proven experience in Banking / Finance Please note: Our internships are advertised on an ad-hoc basis.
