Job summary ODP Registered Nurse Ipswich Hospital | ODP | Bank - Ad hoc | Part time | Includes weekend work Up to £19 per hour, depending on experience Main duties of the job About the person and the role: We're looking for a Registered Nurse with surgical experience to join our preoperative assessment team.
It is a small team of qualified and support staff delivering a high standard of preoperative assessment, delivering robust processes and clear communication with the rest of the hospital.
The role of the Pre-operative Assessment Nurse is to ensure patient safety, and best practice is adhered to at all times.
You will be involved in managing your own caseload of patients, reporting to the preoperative assessment lead where you will be a key part of a multidisciplinary team.

As a ODP Registered Nurse Nurse in our hospital, you'll be attentive, focused, detail-oriented and empathetic.
You're registered with the appropriate governing body, and you bring the qualifications and experience relevant to your registration, including NMC.
With post-registration experience, you're a team player with a passion for exceptional patient care.
