We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Surrey Downs Health and Care.
In this role, you will provide a comprehensive and coordinated range of specialist occupational therapy services in community settings.
Your work will focus on maintaining or improving people's health, independence, and quality of life.
You will be an integral part of a multidisciplinary/multi-agency team, applying your specialist knowledge and skills to a diverse range of complex health conditions.

Job description Job responsibilities To work as a key member of the multidisciplinary team in the assessment and management of a caseload of clients.
To plan, deliver and evaluate the treatment needs of clients with a variety of complex social and health care needs.
To participate as an active member of the multidisciplinary team in developing and delivering high quality and innovative services to the local population.
To promote effective teamwork within the wider Surrey Downs Health and Care, delegating activities appropriately, to the benefit of the patient and service delivery.
