You will collaborate with healthcare professionals, social services, and community organizations, providing support and advice to service users and their families.

Experience in adult occupational therapy, particularly in community settings, is essential, along with expertise in assessing for equipment and adaptations.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills are crucial, as is the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team (MDT).
You will also need a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle, as well as a willingness to undergo an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
