In Ayrshire and Arran we have developed a pan Ayrshire rotation across a range of clinical specialties and settings in North, South and East Ayrshire.
The rotations are one year in duration.You will work in partnership with colleagues, as part of the multi-disciplinary and Occupational Therapy team and will manage a caseload, using evidence based principles to assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions.
You will be passionate in empowering service users to achieve their goals and to remain as independent and active as possible.
Participation in service improvement is expected and encouraged.Your role will involve promotion and education to relevant stakeholders.
It is therefore essential that you possess effective communication skills, which will include presentation skills, written reporting skills and interpersonal skills.
