Job Description Position: Nursing Home Manager Salary: £60,000 plus performance bonus 40 hours per week Are you an experienced Nursing Home Manager seeking a new and rewarding challenge?
We are looking for a dynamic and organized leader to take on the role of Nursing Home Manager.
This position requires a deep understanding of the unique demands and rewards of managing a nursing home, along with the ability to foster a respectful and supportive environment for residents and staff alike.
Strong commercial acumen is an advantage, as you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the home's operations and performance.
Our client's Nursing Home is dedicated to delivering high-quality residential and nursing care; With a bright conservatory, spacious living areaa for socialising, and beautifully landscaped gardens, the home provides a welcoming space for residents to enjoy their daily lives.
Qualifications Proven experience as a Nursing Home Manager, with a proven track record of achieving Good and Outstanding CQC ratings (essential).
Level 5 Health & Social Care (Leadership and Management) qualification or a commitment to work toward this.
NMC registration with a valid PIN (desirable).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills to lead and support a diverse team.
Business acumen with experience managing budgets and operational performance.
