You will need to be Nurse qualified with an active PIN and no restrictions to be considered
Have managed and lead teams in a similar Nursing / Elderly / Dementia focussed provision.

Your clinical judgement and team motivation needs to be first class along with your ongoing drive for continual improvement and exceeding CQC expectations
Full time permanent package and Salary between £55-£64k experience depending
