Nursery Nurse

Nursery NurseJob DescriptionMy Client, a private Children's Nursery in Windsor are currently looking for a Level 3 qualified Nursery Nurse for their 2-3yrs room.
This nursery has a capacity for around 70 children and this role is for 45 hours a week.
The ideal candidate will need to have a Level 3 early years qualification and previous experience as a Nursery Nurse or Nursery Assistant would be an advantage.
Whether to are a newly qualified Nursery Nurse or have years of experience, working in this setting would certainly by a great career opportunity for you.
Nursery Nurse duties and responsibilities include:Feeding suitable meals, snacks and drinkChanging nappies or helping with potty/toilet trainingTeaching general life skills, such as basic hygiene and mannersWorking with any health and social care professionals, where necessary, and undertaking any relevant admin/paperworkNursery Nurse Requirements:Level 3 qualification or higher in Early Years qualificationGood interpersonal skills and an ability to be organised and efficientThe ability to support trainees through mentoring and coachingActing as Key-worker and to observeA working knowledge of the Children's Act.Good communication skills both with children and parentsAbility to form good interactions with children and use own initiativeOn Offer:Annual salary reviewsQuarterly sickness bonusAdditional annual leave days (linked to length of service)Staff member of the month gift vouchers - voted by colleaguesAnnual staff training dayRegular training to support you in your role e.g.
