Job DescriptionJOB CODE: NP 720 We are an independent recruitment agency with a qualified 21 years track record in South Wales and are now looking to expand into new sectors and increase our portfolio to West & North Wales. We are a well-respected family business offering an opportunity for the right person to join our team. The role will be based at our Newport office.
Salary is dependent on experience: £22,000 – £24,950pa.
Minimum of 1 year experience in a recruitment company in a recruitment consultant position.
Working hours: Mon to Fri 08:00 – 17:00 (40 hr week – 1 hr lunch unpaid).
In-house training and skills development on database systems will be provided.
20 + 8 statutory holidays per year, increasing by 1 day per year of service up to a maximum of 25 days.

The key aim of this 360 role is to deliver a minimum standard of qualified sales leads and bookings while retaining the best possible level of customer service, maintaining and expanding the existing customer base, and taking ownership of your clients' requirements.
There are no restrictions on where or who you can approach.
We are ideally looking for candidates with previous experience in either Industrial or Commercial sectors, with the ability to achieve and exceed expectations for the client.
This is not a role for a trainee.
Strong administration skills and common sense are essential to manage customer payments and maintain strict financial controls, thereby reducing unnecessary paperwork.
