What You'll Do: Oversee all aspects of nightshift production and packing to meet daily targets.
Manage and motivate a team, ensuring efficiency and high-quality standards.
Implement and monitor health & safety and hygiene protocols.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless transitions between shifts.
Troubleshoot operational issues and implement solutions promptly.
What We're Looking For: Proven experience in a similar production or management role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of health & safety regulations.
