Auto enrolment pension scheme Your duties will include: Checking guests in and out.
Run the Nights Audit.
Answering the telephone and address any enquiries.
Look after any guest requests.
Follow hotel fire regulations and procedures.
Follow all Nights procedures and any other duties as and when required.
Complete nights cleaning checklist Set any event rooms as and when required for the next day.
The successful candidate will be organised, punctual and well-presented, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of Opera Systems would be advantageous.
