Night Duty Manager

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will be providing operational management support throughout the hotel at all times, monitoring guest satisfaction, security, employee activity, physical defects with main focus on the lobby, guest-room area.
You will be liaising internally with all departments and externally with Hotel guests, designated service company personnel and vendors.
