You will work shifts from 10:15 p.m. to 7:15 a.m. - allowing you to organize your free time flexibly!
There may also be options to work shifts during the day to increase skills and get to know our guests better.
As the 'face of Mercure London Bridge', you will extend a warm welcome to our guests during the night, putting their well-being at the heart of everything you do, while adding your personal touch to their stay.
You will assist in the general running of the hotel at night and support other departments to set up for the next day.
As an autonomous and passionate individual, you will be dedicated to continuously improving the quality of the hotel's services.
You will undertake night audits and hotel safety checks to ensure everyone in our hotel is safe and looked after.
You should be confident in all aspects of guest relations, receiving and recognizing all guests including those who require special attention.
A little more information: To help you navigate your role and support your success, you will be trained in all front of house related functions and the safety of the property and people.
To ensure you can best welcome and care for our guests, you will need to be fluent in English.
Understanding things from our guest's perspective is key, so while you are settling into your new role, we will arrange a one-night stay for you to experience this first hand.
