Responsibilities Provide high-quality patient consultations, diagnoses, and treatment plans Manage a wide range of patient conditions and illnesses across all age groups Participate in the development and delivery of chronic disease management and preventive health programs Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals Maintain accurate patient records and ensure patient confidentiality at all times Stay updated with medical advancements and contribute to practice meetings and discussions Provide health advice, education, and support to patients, encouraging healthy lifestyles Requirements GMC registration with a licence to practice CCT'd in the last two years If you would like to find out more information on this role, please drop us a call on 07907860572 and Kevin would be more than happy to discuss this further.
