The Amazon New SellerRecruitment (NSR) team is seeking a New Account Manager who isself-motivated, results-driven and capable of working in a dynamicfast paced 360 sales cycle environment.
Inthis role, you will identify high sales potential Selling Partnersto enrol on Amazon, building your own pipeline through resourcessuch as LinkedIn, Instagram and Google.
Once you haveidentified new Selling Partner opportunities, you will buildrelationships with key decision-makers within those prospectivebusinesses to present a compelling business case for launching onAmazon that meets and exceeds our Selling Partners requirements.
After launching these Partners on Amazon, youwill be their their Account Manager for the year, building longterm strategic partnerships for mutually beneficial sales growth.You will be pivotal in strategically growing our business acrossour Renewed, Brand Owners, Reseller, Holdout and Agencies SellingPartner portfolio.
Additionally, you willcollaborate closely with internal Amazon stakeholders andcross-functional teams to develop materials to ensure high programadoption.
To be successful in this role you will need to becomfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and motivated tomeet and exceed challenging salesgoals.
Key jobresponsibilities You will be expected to: -Build your own pipeline of opportunities, identifying high salespotential Selling Partners through resources such as LinkedIn,Instagram and Google.
- Establish and manager thebusiness and technical relationships with Director-level keydecision makers, managing the day-to-day interactions with theseorganisations in order to build long-term partnerships.
-Develop a clear understanding of our Selling Partners and theirneeds, articulating compelling rationale for why Partners shouldlaunch on Amazon and working closely with Partner Teams to drivepositive SX.
- Successfully Account Manage all SellingPartners you launch on Amazon across our Renewed, Brand Owners,Reseller, Holdout and Agencies portfolio, building long termstrategic partnerships for mutually beneficial salesgrowth.
- Understand and utilize CRM tools such asSalesforce to track pertinent account information and salesprogress as well as forecast and prioritize to meet or exceedquarterly enrolment targets.
