This includes treating thosewith severe physical, cognitive and behavioural impairments and disabilities.
They will provide Physiotherapy in client's homes, in the community and our outpatient facility to facilitate maximumcommunity re-integration.
You will need to demonstrate clinical reasoning skillsin evaluating, analysing and comparing a range of therapy options in relationto clinical outcomes and treat and progress client care to maximiserehabilitation potential.
You will liaise with other specialist services asrequired and facilitate and plan safe discharges in conjunction with theMDT/appropriate agencies.
The successfulcandidate will have post graduate experience in inpatient or communityneurorehabilitation and be a car driver.
