Network Manager

WeDoData are working with a growing multi academy trust who currently have 8 schools including primary, secondary and sixth form, with plans to grow to 16 in the next 2-3 years.
They are now looking to take on an experienced IT professional on a part time basis as a Network Manager at trust level, to assist with strategic IT responsibilities.
The role You will be working with the trusts central IT team, but working on site throughout each school in the trust.
Each school is situated within a 30 minute drive from the central base, depending on traffic!
- therefore a driving license and car will be required to carry out the role.
You will be responsible for the rollout and implementation of new technologies, deployment of new operating systems including Windows 11, network design & implementation, server & network support, configuration & installation and more.
You will also be required to support and train staff when necessary.
Some of the technical experience requirements are: Windows server Officer 365 Active directory Group policy Network infrastructure Switches, bridges, routers and wireless access points Anility to produce technical documentation In return This is a fantastic opportunity to join a trust where progression opportunities will quickly arise as they grow.
The role is being offered on a part time basis with 22 hours per week, with flexibility on how these hours are worked.
