Main duties of the job Neonatal Staff Nurse - Bank Would you like to be one of the best?Walsall HealthCare NHS Trust is one of the busiest Units in the West Maternity Unit here currently delivers over 3300 women per position has arisen within our dedicated team for a Neonatal are a designated Local Neonatal Unit (LNU) within the busy West Midlands Neonatal operational Delivery Network and actively participate in Network groups and are passionate about maintaining our high quality nursing care and would like to recruit high calibre, dynamic, motivated and compassionate nurses to join our team Our Neonatal unit has 15 cots, which is comprised of 2 intensive cots, 2 high dependency cots and 11 special care cots.
Designated LNU, (Level 2) we provide excellent care for preterm babies from 28 weeks' gestation and for sick new born babies.
We provide stabilisation for babies at born at lower gestations prior to transfer to NICU About us We are committed to delivering the highest standard of care to our babies and their familiesYou will need to be RNC/RN qualified plus the commitment and enthusiasm for working within this field.
You will be joining a team who work a variety of shifts including internal rotation to night duty.
Opportunities exist for personal development and staff are supported to undertake additional training as required.
You will be joining an enthusiastic, friendly, motivated multidisciplinary team working within a centre of excellence for neonatal care.
