Job DescriptionOur Head of Out Of Home is currently looking to recruit a Out of Home (OOH) Business Development Manager based Nationally.In this role you will be expected to develop a continuous pipeline of prospects and achieve the company's aligned revenue target.
Some of the key responsibilities in this role include; Identifying and developing an OOH prospect funnel sufficient in size to fund OOH new business targets as per the Company's strategic plan.Monitoring performance of new customers to ensure they trade to an agreed profile.
Agree and deliver action plans if variances occur.Aim to successfully handover all new accounts within a 13 week period to the relevant Account ManagerDemonstrate commercial awareness through the need to maximise contribution and revenue generating streams such as surcharges on accountsTo adhere to the relevant onboarding and implementation processes for new customers to ensure a smooth transition to DPD including bespoke operations or contract negotiations where requiredAchieving all OOH services - Ship2PUDO / Return2PUDO / PUDO2PUDO/ PUDO2home - targets and embrace all new products as and when launched by the companyObtaining all the correct documentation and information required for all accounts particularly those where specific or bespoke requirements are identified and variations of terms need to be negotiatedTo strive for the + qualification criteria each yearUpdating and managing a SalesForce database ensuring compliance at all timesAd hoc reporting or project requirements as set by Head of OOHEngaging with the OOH team and the wider business to ensure the OOH proposition is tailored to customer expectationsPlay a key role in the development of our OOH proposition ensuring we align with major OOH e-commerce shippers and platform expectationsQualificationsTo be successful in this role you will be passionate about delivering amazing service every day.
Your career history will demonstrate experience in high level, corporate business development and a strong network of contacts within the industry and target markets.
You will have a natural ability to engage with internal and external customers both face to face and over the phone delivering outstanding customer service to ensure our customers expectations are met.You will possess outstanding communication, negotiation and influencing skills withthe ability to drive and implement change quickly, you will also need to:Understand the needs of the customer in an ever demanding marketplaceHave excellent communication and influencing skills.
