If thats a yes, lets get started… We're looking for a client facing, Mid to Senior level Business Development Executive with proven industry experience to join our small team and help take us to the next level.
Role responsibilities: Take leads and manage the sales lifecycle for incoming enquiries at various stages of the process.
Take or produce design briefs from new business leads, guide them through the design process and then produce tenders to hopefully secure the business with designs we have produced.
Source design details with our designer where required, such as furnishings and AV to bring a tender together for the pitching process.
Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, including the project managers who continue the journey of a secured tender.
Have a willingness to get stuck in and learn the ropes of the business, with a passion for communicating with stakeholders & build teams.
In a role like this, time management & organisational skills are essential.
Managing lead times alongside meeting deadlines form the backbone of successful pitches.
Demonstrate the will to work proactively, collaboratively, showing initiative and eagerness to make the job a success.

Be up for some additional hours where required and some travel and overnight stays as part of the job.
Remain calm under pressure, learn every day and never give up We'd like you to have: A vast amount of sales experience and in person client relationships building.
Experienced using HubSpot or a similar sales tool, to manage their workload and provide measurable feedback on the holistic sales outlook.
Proven record of manipulating financial budgets for a tender process using Xero or a similar sales platform.
Also an understanding of how to negotiate with clients and make decisive calls to win jobs.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate an ability to switch between multiple enquiries, and has evidence in a similar or like for like role within the industry (exhibition builds or fit outs).
Has experience working as part of a small team and supporting other team members.
The successful candidate understands how to read and view basic to mid level working drawings and conceptual design visuals.
The ideal candidate will be outgoing, confident under pressure and committed to going above and beyond for our clients and the team While we have a 'soft sales' approach with inbound enquiries, it would be an advantage for this individual to also have experience driving new business through other channels.
Someone who has an eye for design & detail would be highly advantageous, so they can support and guide clients through our design process.
Exceptional communication skills and able to effectively liaise with clients via phone/video calls, email and in-person meetings.

Ideally a minimum of 3-5 years' experience working as an Account Executive or similar role within exhibition builds, retail or similar installations.
