Job Title: Mytime Co-ordinator (30hrs) Responsible: Head of Communities/ Senior Co-ordinator Salary: £22,011 Hours: 30 hours per week Overview Mytime is a successful project that supports unpaid carers to access breaks and activities to give them some precious time for themselves.
We are looking for someone: To develop the existing Mytime carer breaks scheme that supports unpaid carers in Coventry.
To work closely with local delivery partners to recruit hotels, restaurants, leisure, relaxation and other businesses to help offer a range of breaks for carers.
To maintain and develop a referral pathway into the service for unpaid carers.
Develop a marketing strategy and brand awareness.
Core responsibilities in partnership with Head of Communities/ Senior Dev Worker 1.
Support the development of the programme and establish an innovative portfolio of Mytime offers break opportunities for carers.

Ensure that information is provided for the existing website to show carers Mytime details and match break opportunities to eligible carers 3.
Support the development of the programme with regular communication, meetings and practical assistance.

To link in with the wider Mytime team to ensure a quality- parity of service.

Create a partnership with all partners who offer Mytime opportunities and maintain partnerships with all businesses who contribute breaks to Mytime 6.
Develop and maintain material and systems to deliver Mytime in an efficient and effective manner.

Arrange local events to promote Mytime 8.
To produce and administer the awards of Mytime recognition certificates and other promotional material.
9.
Promotion of Mytime through relevant media, social media and industry communications.
10.
Establish links with partners within the hospitality and tourism sectors to expand the Mytime break opportunities.
11.
To implement a marketing strategy to raise the brand awareness in Coventry.
12.
To arrange the breaks for carers and link with relative contributor 13.
To collate feedback from carers following breaks and share with relevant contributor 14.
Set up a monitoring framework that measures the impact of Mytime on carers and their families, and also the benefits to Mytime contributors
