WHO WE NEED A creative and fast-thinking Producer to help us make first-class content for our motorsport clients.
Our company is growing, and we're looking for someone to help strengthen our delivery to high-profile sports and broadcast partners.
The right person will have: Real passion and knowledge for motorsport Genuine motorsport experience in a broadcast, rights-holder, agency or team capacity A strong interest in video content & digital storytellling Experience managing production staff or leading teams Experience leading and delivering client-facing projects Experience in short-form & fast-turnaround video A journalistic eye with talent for scriptwriting & editorial Top organisation & communication skills Passion to learn & develop Ability to work on live event schedules on weekends throughout the year Ability to travel as required You'll receive plenty of direction and feedback, but will need to be able to manage your own time and problem-solve creative and technical challenges as they arise.
We have a hybrid working model, with time every week spent in our office in New Mills, Derbyshire.
As we work on live events there will often be times when evening / weekend / overnight work and occasional travel away from home will be required, but we'll always seek to give you the best opportunities to grow and develop your skills and encourage a healthy work/life balance.
