Job Description The opportunity available is for an experienced and results-driven Studio Workflow Administrator to work with the Senior Workflow Coordinator to transform the department, setting the standard and working with stakeholders to enable results.
The candidate will need to be passionate about delivering results and elevating the customer experience.
This is a fast-paced environment with huge potential for being able to identify and solve problems, adding value to the business and making a huge impact.
Maintain internal reports on workflow performance and efficiency metrics Monitor and report progress on the flow of tasks and processes Organising orders for photoshoots Maintain reporting for product status tracking Communicate workflow progress and discuss any issues with the Senior Workflow Coordinator Liaise with the warehouse and other departments to source and organise products Any other duties requested by the Leadership Team Qualifications Valid working rights for the EMEA countries Excellent attention to detail Positive mindset and attitude Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills Natural ability to work independently within an established team Excellent attention to detail Ability to stay calm under pressure Methodical and thorough approach to work Ability to multi-task and prioritise work A great team player Excellent organisational and time management skills Good IT skills – Specifically a good working knowledge of MS Office Ability to work on your own initiative Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads
