Job Description As an Mortgage Broker - Sales , you will deliver outstanding service both on the phone and via written communication with key Mortgage Brokers to build strong relationships.
You will work with Account Managers to drive sales and ensure that KPI's are met.  As a Mortgage Broker Sales Executive, we are looking for someone to: Respond to inbound intermediary telephony enquiries, giving exceptional customer service in relation to product and criteria information Work closely with Account Managers, supporting the delivery of Account Plans by making proactive outbound calls to key intermediary partners to drive sales Update the Account Managers with regular feedback from the Brokers and in terms of the market, helping the Account Manager's to identify new opportunities Identify intermediary needs, clarify information and provide accurate solutions across all product offerings Support the Account Managers with administrative tasks covering mailboxes and the CRM Present a professional imagine of the company to deliver positive broker experience throughout the Broker journey Manage new/existing relationships, promoting company's products and services, to immerse themselves fully in the policies, procedures and the culture of Together to enable a high level representation of the company at all levels with our intermediary partners Qualifications Essential Mortgage experience is a must Telephone Sales experience with a Mortgage Lender or Mortgage Broker Experience answering inbound service calls, making outbound calls & managing inboxes Exceptional relationship building and communication skills Strong objection handling and problem solving skills Desirable Business to business sales experience Mortgage industry experience CeMAP qualified or equivalent Additional Information Benefits working at Together 26 days holiday, and a day off for your birthday (increasing with service to 30 days), plus bank holidays Buy & sell holidays Discretionary annual bonus Matched pension contribution Life assurance Critical illness cover Health cash plan Private medical insurance Free access to company holiday homes Travel season ticket loans Ride to work scheme Free local gym access Local bar / restaurant discounts Together Money embraces diversity and inclusion, and are proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
