Minute Taker

Minute Taker required to work on an initial temporary period for our established client, in what will potentially become a permanent position for the right candidate.
37 hours a week Monday - Friday with an annual salary of up to £24,000.
This is a hybrid role, with 2 days a week spent in the Southend office, and 3 days working from home .
Duties: Typing minutes from meetings and TEAMS recordings Liaising with Directors to ensure minutes are circulated in a timely and efficient manner Draft and circulate agenda templates in preparation for meetings Ability to understand what information needs minute transcribing To provide additional administrative support once settled in the role Benefits: £24,000 per annum Pension Hybrid working Experience required: Minute transcribing, minute taking, minute taker Experienced in formatting Word documents and editing tables Ability to organise a busy and varied workload, remain calm under pressure, and proactive in approach to tasks PC literate with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills Please bear in mind that you may not hear from us straight away.
