We are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and vibrant mainstream secondary school in Slough .

About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant , you will play an integral part in supporting students' academic, social, and emotional growth.
You will work closely with teachers to create a positive and inclusive learning environment where every student can succeed.
Key Responsibilities Provide one-to-one and small group support to students to enhance their learning.
Assist teachers with lesson preparation, classroom activities, and adapting materials to suit student needs.
Support students with additional learning requirements, including SEND, to help them achieve their potential.
Promote positive behavior and help maintain a focused and respectful classroom atmosphere.
Foster students' independence, confidence, and engagement in their learning.
Collaborate with teaching staff and school leaders to track and report on student progress.
Who You Are Passionate about working with young people and helping them reach their goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and staff.
A proactive team player who thrives in a busy and rewarding school environment.
Previous experience in an educational or youth-support role is desirable but not essential-your enthusiasm, empathy, and willingness to learn are key!
