About the Role
As a Learning Support Assistant , you will play a vital role in supporting students with their learning journeys.
Working alongside teachers and support staff, you will help ensure every student receives a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom experience.
Key Responsibilities Provide tailored support to students in group settings or on a one-to-one basis.
Assist teachers in adapting resources and activities to meet individual student needs.
Foster a positive classroom environment that promotes confidence and independence in learning.
Encourage student engagement and provide emotional and academic support.
Collaborate with staff to support students, including those with additional learning requirements or SEND needs.
Who You Are Enthusiastic about working with secondary school students to help them achieve their best.
A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills to engage with students and staff.
Adaptable and a team player who thrives in a busy school environment.
Previous experience in education, childcare, or youth settings is a bonus-but above all, your passion, empathy, and willingness to learn are what matter most.
