Mental Health Support Assistant | Havering Are you a compassionate Psychology Graduate who is looking for some class-based experience?
Are you passionate about supporting young peoples mental health and wellbeing?
At Ribbons and Reeves, we are helping a Secondary School in Havering seek out a dedicated Mental Health Support Assistant to help make a difference to their Students lives.
You will work with Teachers, Parents, Students and external professionals to create plans, tailor support and develop strategies.
Mental Health Support Assistant | Job Summary Up to £500 per week | Paid weekly via PAYE September start, full time, term-time only Working on a direct 1:1 basis to support individual students Create a positive School culture that prioritises Mental Health Monitor progress of students and aid them with specialised support On-the-job training Work with external professionals, who you can learn from For this Mental Health Support Assistant, we are looking for a high attaining Psychology Graduate, with outstanding GCSEs and A Levels.
Previous child centred experience is preferred but not imperative.
You need a strong understanding of Mental Health and know of various ways you can support students.
You need brilliant interpersonal skills.
