Job summary Tobe successful in applying for this role you will need:Havea professional qualification in Mental Health Nursing, Social Work orOccupational Therapy and have a current registration with the appropriateregistration body (Nursing and Midwifery Council, Social Work England or Healthand Care Professions Council).Haveexperience of mental health assessments and therapeutic interventions withchildren and young people with mental health problems and their families Main duties of the job Roleresponsibilities:You will carry a caseload of patients and work with them, usingevidence-based practice to assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions.Then conducting risk assessments / safeguarding assessments to ensurethe correct support is provided.You will create treatment plans to support management / recovery oftheir mental health challenges.Work within the Multi-Disciplinary team to contribute to formulating andimplementing interventions for patients.
