This position presents an excellent opportunity to join their Mental Health and Complex Needs Floating Support Team, which operates across multiple contracts.In this role, you will provide tailored support to adults in the community dealing with a range of interconnected and challenging issues.
These may include mental health concerns, trauma, homelessness, addiction, learning or communication difficulties, domestic violence, exploitation, physical health conditions, brain injuries, social isolation, criminal behavior, or family breakdowns.
Many of these individuals may have significant unmet needs and face barriers to engaging with other services.The role requires a compassionate, empowering, and adaptable approach to support.
You will work directly with clients through one-on-one casework, helping them address their current difficulties in a creative and flexible manner.
This position is well-suited to individuals with experience and expertise in managing complex needs within the mental health sector.Experience required for this position;Working with people who are subject to mental health, social isolation, drug use, alcohol misuse, homelessness, offending behaviour, antisocial behaviour, or challenging behaviour.Management of own case loads, risk assessments and safety planning.Ability to build effective relationships with clients, especially clients who are difficult to engage, providing support respectfully and without creating dependency.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Drivers who have access to transport.Please apply to or call for more information on 01865 727751 To apply for this job email your details to .
