We are seeking a dynamic Membership Team Leader to take charge, enhance the membership journey, and deliver value to every member, from small businesses to industry leaders.

In this role, you will partner closely with key stakeholders to ensure seamless membership processes, lead a dedicated team of Membership Contract Executives, and be responsible for everything from new member onboarding to contract renewals and adjustments.
You will be the go-to expert on our membership experience, making sure every touchpoint runs smoothly, efficiently, and in line with service expectations.
Logistics UK, formerly the Freight Transport Association is one of the biggest business groups in the UK, representing the entire industry with members from the road, rail, sea, and air industries, as well as the buyers of freight services such as retailers and manufacturers whose businesses depend on the efficient movement of goods.
An effective supply chain is vital to Keep Britain Trading, directly impacting over 7 million people employed in making, selling and moving the goods that affect everyone everywhere.
With Brexit, technology and other disruptive forces driving changes in the way goods move across borders and through the supply chain, logistics has never been more important to UK PLC.
Key Responsibilities Leading and developing a team of Membership Contract Executives, ensuring their success and the success of every member they support.
Mastering the membership journey—onboarding new members, managing renewals, and processing any adjustments or cancellations with a customer-first approach.
Generating actionable insights through regular reporting, identifying trends and improvements for the Head of Membership.
Creating and monitoring KPIs and SLA standards, guaranteeing excellence in every aspect of the membership process.
Ensuring communications are timely, accurate, and tailored to each member's needs, driving satisfaction and retention.
Requirements A strong customer focus and a passion for building successful teams.
Proven experience in managing processes and achieving KPIs.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence across all levels.
Analytical skill and expertise plus a familiarity with CRM systems for a data-driven approach.
Great organisation and time management skills.
