MEDICAL MARKET RESEARCHER – FRENCH/SPANISH SPEAKING OVERVIEW: Do you enjoy speaking to Medical Professionals on a daily basis?

They specialise in the Rare Diseases and late-stage Oncology space.
The main purpose of our client is to supply valuable market insights via Surgeons, which is then supplied back to KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: You will be responsible for signing up French and other EU medical professionals, providing exceptional customer service.
Manage and achieve successful study recruitment and completion of fieldwork Bring on and validates new physicians and add them to the panel.
Assist in other projects and project set-up tasks when needed, including translation of study material, translation overlay and web testing Within its country, responsible for project compliance to Healthcare MR industry guidelines and Pharmacovigilance requirements, both industry-level and client-specific Ensure that all supervised staff on project in the country (e.g.
freelancers, interns) is currently compliant with internal and client guidelines & up-to-date with all needed certification Ensure all AE/special situation reporting in the course of the research, in line with client compliance Confidentially store all end client documentation.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Fluent in French and English (Spanish too would be desirable) Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and remotely Bachelor's degree in a related field At least 1 year of experience in a direct marketing approach role, ideally with Healthcare Professionals Strong team player with a collaborative mindset, proactive and focused on solutions Good verbal and written communication skills, at ease with phone communication Open-minded, creative communication strategies, positive & smiling, persevering & patient Ability to juggle multiple priorities and work on more than one project Please note if you have not heard from Projectus within 7 days your application has been unsuccessful on this occasion only
