Medical Field Service Engineer Medical Surgical Lasers NO MEDICAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - APPLICATIONS WELCOME FROM SERVICE ENGINEERS FROM A RANGE OF SECTORS Earnings to £52K + Car + Excellent Benefits Package Greater London, Reading and Berkshire An excellent opportunity for a Field Service Engineer or ex HM Forces Engineer (RAF, Navy or REME), with a background in electrical-mechanical or electronic high value equipment, to join a market-leading manufacturer of medical lasers and surgical microscopy, with a company offering full and comprehensive product training and very good onwards career progression.
Overall Earnings £52K (Including bonus) Basic Salary £40,000 to £45,000 Company Car (hybrid or electric) Generous Lunch Allowance & Expenses Policy Pension Private Medical Cover Life Assurance Flexible Benefits Package 28 Days Holiday Full and Comprehensive Manufacturer Product Training The Role - Medical Field Service Engineer, Medical Lasers You will be responsible for the service, breakdown repair and maintenance of their range of highly advanced Refractive Surgical Medical Lasers at hospitals and healthcare centres throughout the South East.
Your Background - Medical Field Service Engineer, Medical Lasers To apply you should be able to demonstrate the following: Experience in maintaining, installing and repairing high-value capital equipment, either electro-mechanical or electronic.
Laser experience would be beneficial but not necessary, as full product training will be provided Applications welcome from Service Engineers with a HM Forces background, RAF, Navy or REME, or from the medical, laboratory, print press, packaging, industrial, scientific or airport security based X-ray or Imaging equipment, or any other industrial or commercial high value capital equipment background Qualification in electronics, engineering, electrical or another relevant technical discipline Impeccable customer service skills and a confident and professional manner in customer facing environments Flexible approach with the determination to seize opportunities and resolve complex challenges Full UK driving licence The Company - Medical Field Service Engineer, Medical Lasers Global leader in healthcare and a highly respected manufacturer of medical visualisation, medical lasers and surgical microscopy systems You will be joining a national team of engineers who take great pride in their work and who aim to build long term relationships with customers Full industry recognised OEM product training will be provided on a range of Medical Lasers, delivered through engineer mentoring and manufacturer training courses For those with the desire there are opportunities to progress your career into more technical specialist roles This vacancy is being advertised by TRS Consulting.
