Mechanical Engineering Lecturer

Mechanical Engineering Instructor- Hampshire We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineering Instructor to join our clients team, delivering high-quality teaching for Level 2 and 3 apprentices.
The role involves developing and delivering engaging, practical, and theory-based lessons in mechanical engineering subjects such as Mechanical Assembly and Maintenance, Hydraulics, Health & Safety, and Engineering Principles.
Key Responsibilities: Design and implement interactive, technology-driven lessons aligned with Level 2 and 3 Engineering Technician Apprenticeship Standards.
Coach, mentor, and motivate apprentices to help them reach their full potential, preparing them for assessment milestones.
Assess and monitor learner progress, recording data as required by awarding bodies.
Commit to continuous professional development and innovation in teaching to enhance learner engagement and skill development.
Requirements: Proven teaching experience in Mechanical Engineering up to Level 3, with recognized industry qualifications (e.g., BTEC, HNC, HND).
Strong occupational competence in Mechanical Engineering.
Desirable: Assessor/Verifier qualification, NVQ Level 3 in Training & Development, and/or industrial experience in the maritime sector.
