The opportunity: An opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical Calibration (Metrology) Operator to join our mechanical and maintenance engineering team within the calibration and maintenance department.
The role involves the calibration of dimensional hand tools such as ; Torque wrenches Torque Screwdrivers Micrometers DTI's Vernier and Digital callipers Crimp Tools You will also be involved with the inspection and measurement of components using first principles techniques of associated production items.
The work is challenging, rewarding and extremely varied.
What we're looking for from you: Minimum Qualification -Mechanical Apprenticeship + L3 knowledge based qualification (e.g.
diploma) + L3 competency based qualification (e.g.
