Mechanic

We are currently looking for a Mechanic to be based at our workshop, Blaikies Quay Aberdeen.Reporting to the Vessel Support Manager you will service and repair our fleet of outboard and inboard diesel, and petrol Fast Rescue Crafts.Key Work Areas:Service outboard and inboard diesel and petrol Fast Rescue CraftRepair outboard and inboard diesel and petrol Fast Rescue CraftCarry out inflatable & fibre glass repairs to rescue boats when requiredDeliveries to and collections of items from our fleet of vessels in Aberdeen HarbourGeneral duties in our Rescue Boat workshop and on board our vessels while in portAny other reasonable task requested by your line manager, senior manager or directorQualifications/Trainings:Time served MechanicFull driving licenceComputer literate to a basic standardIn return we offer a competitive rate of pay, enhanced overtime rates, and benefits package which includes 4 x salary death in service, income protection insurance, and access to Employee Assistance Programme.
